Recent Arrival! 19-inch Style 359M wheels, adaptive xenon headlights, Boston leather upholstery, heated front seats, and Alcantara interior trim. The M version of BMW's 1 Series coupe, called E82 internally, was intended to be a limited-production model, but it proved popular enough to warrant tripling the original production quota to just over 6,300 units (although fewer than 1,000 were delivered in North America). Its turbocharged engine was a polarizing departure from previous M cars, as was its funky styling and yet, the 1M has gained a substantial and loyal following since production ended in 2012.
Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter straight-6, rated at 335 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
